On the website www.latitudine42.com you can order and pre-order hundreds of items, using the advanced e-commerce features.
Shipping costs €8.90. Shipping is free for orders over €80.00.
All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment, except for pre-order items.
Deliveries are made via GLS express courier within 24-48 hours of shipping, barring any delays attributable to the courier.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code and a link to track your delivery.
The available payment methods are:
- Credit card (via PayPal)
- Bank transfer
- PostePay (by topping up our PostePay card online from the Poste Italiane website or at a tobacconist)
- Cash on delivery
After purchasing, you will be asked to select your preferred payment method. You will also receive a confirmation email with all the information needed to complete the payment.
Available for an additional €15.00, in addition to the price of the purchased material. We reserve the right to contact you by phone before processing your order.
Pick up the goods in the store
You can select the "Pick up in store" option in the checkout menu.
Payment can be made in advance, in cash, or by card (credit/debit) upon pickup. Shipping costs will not be applied.

After confirmation, you can come to the store to pick up your order.
Products purchased through www.latitudine42.com are subject, where applicable, to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24 of February 2, 2002, and, unless expressly provided for, the Italian Civil Code.
The warranty covers defects and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided the product is used correctly and according to the instructions.
Damage resulting from improper use or lack of maintenance is not covered by the warranty.
Malfunctions must be reported in writing within the legal deadlines, and the return of the product must be agreed upon in advance.
Latitudine 42 reserves the right to verify the defect before proceeding with the replacement.
The request will be accepted only if the returned package includes:
- Order number and date
- Brief description of the defect found
For defective or damaged items, you can return them within 10 days of receiving them.
Simply send us an email request.
Once we receive confirmation, we will send you a replacement product at our expense to replace the defective one.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 50 of January 15, 1992, and Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999, the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 10 business days of receiving the goods, without penalty and without having to provide a reason, provided that the sealed products have not been opened.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an email containing:
- Indication of your intention to cancel (pursuant to Legislative Decree 185/99)
- Product code to be returned
- Personal information: surname, name, address, telephone number
The refund will be processed in the same manner as the payment.
